Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Woodstock, IL is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care created after evaluation.

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
