Enhance Rehab is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Wisconsin. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients using an individualized care plan. Responsibilities include demonstrating necessary patient care skills in a SNF setting, effectively communicating with patients and families, and administering speech/language assessments. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.

Formación

• Demonstrate knowledge necessary for patient care in a SNF setting.
• Experience with standardized speech/language assessments and swallowing evaluations.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
