Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation in a SNF setting.

You will collaborate with patients, families and other treatment team members, administering standardized assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans to support patient progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments.
