Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Danville, IL is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients within a skilled nursing facility setting, following an individualized plan of care developed after evaluation.

You will administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, and develop and monitor treatment plans while communicating effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team to optimize progress.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication with patients, families, and treatment team.
• Experience administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Experience with swallowing evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Ability to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
