Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and CCC-SLP required.
• Active SLP license in state of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Instruct patients, families, and staff to carry over therapeutic goals.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in screening protocols to meet resident needs with clinical excellence.
