Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide patient care in a SNF setting, communicate effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team, and administer standardized assessments while monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and treat using an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.
• Administer standardized speech-language assessments and conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and communicate progress to patients, families, and the treatment team.
