Enhance Rehabilitation in Kentucky is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation in a SNF setting.

The role includes administering standardized speech and language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress while collaborating with families and the treatment team.

• Demonstrate knowledge to provide patient care in SNF settings.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills for communicating with patients, families and team members.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
