Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluations, in a SNF setting as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes strong communication with patients, families, and colleagues, and experience with standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, and treatment planning.

Formación

• Qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team.
• Experience providing patient care in SNF settings is preferred.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families, and treatment team members.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
• Administer standardized speech-language assessments and swallow evaluations.
