Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and customizing treatment plans. Join a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working in. Must have 3 C's.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Note: This is not a CFY position.
