Job summary

Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is expanding with a brand-new Suwanee, GA clinic. We seek a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to lead an integrated, collaborative therapy model and deliver pediatric services for ages 2-18.

Full-Time or Per Diem positions available. Competitive compensation: $78,000–$90,000 with a per diem option at $66/hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HAS/FSA, 401(k), PTO, 11 holidays, CEUs, and $1,000 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia State SLP license required or eligible.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience with autistic population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized and informal tools.
• Launch and manage the integrated SLP program in our Suwanee center.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the team through joint goal planning and co-treatments.
• Deliver pediatric therapy services to children ages 2-18.
• Collaborate with families to promote carryover of therapy goals.

Position Type:

Full-Time or Per Diem

Compensation:

• Full-Time Salary Range: $78,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Per Diem Hourly Rate: $66.00/hour (Available for flexible per diem candidates)
