Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students from preschool through 12th grade in a Winamac-area school.

This full-time, in-person contract offers collaborative teamwork, ongoing professional development, and the chance to impact diverse learners while completing comprehensive assessments and IEPs.

The role begins at the start of August, with a welcoming community and a focus on evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility welcomed
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong ability to design and implement IEPs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptable, compassionate approach to supporting student growth

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and intervention to students with speech and language challenges
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to foster student success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions

Desired Skills & Experience:
