SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - WESTFIELD REHABILITATION AND HEALTH CENTER

We are seeking an experienced SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) to join our team.

Responsibilities include working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families, developing individualized treatment plans, and utilizing progressive treatment modalities for various diseases and impairments. In-house therapy is supported by local management.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred; 1 year of experience is desirable.
• Note: This is not a CFY position.
