Clinic Director / Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) Wasilla, Alaska

Reading Write Alaska is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to lead our established Wasilla clinic as Clinic Director / SLP.

This position was designed for an SLP who still enjoys clinical work but is ready for the next step professionally: leadership, mentorship, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape a clinic—without taking on the financial risk and administrative burden of opening a private practice.
As Clinic Director, you'll maintain your own pediatric caseload while providing day-to-day clinical leadership for the Wasilla team. You'll:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients


• Mentor and support SLPAs, Clinical Fellows, and other clinical staff


• Provide clinical guidance and problem-solving


• Help maintain high clinical standards


• Participate in hiring and onboarding as the clinic grows


• Collaborate with our Anchorage clinical and administrative teams
