Caseload: School-based, K-12 students
Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services to K-12 students in the North Port, FL area. As an SLP, you will assess and treat students with communication and speech disorders, helping them thrive academically and socially. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Design and implement therapy plans that target a range of communication skills.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions within the school setting.
  • Work closely with educators and parents to support student progress.
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing insights for student goal setting.
  • Ensure compliance with school and state policies regarding therapy services.

Qualifications
