Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a per-diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to provide therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Sharon, CT. You will collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff, maintain documentation, and apply your SLP expertise in a patient-centered care team.

Requirements include an SLP license (or eligibility) and proficient computer skills. The pay range is $50–$55 per hour, with flexible hours and per-diem engagement.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
