Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Salisbury, CT, is seeking a per-diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC/CFY) to join our sub-acute rehab team. You will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a skilled nursing setting and collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate has an SLP license or is license eligible in the state, strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with electronic documentation, with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP/CFY), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed; demonstrate strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities
