P0001 Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) for a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Sharon, CT. The role requires CCCs and dysphagia experience, with a focus on compassionate, team-based care in a supportive environment.

You will work 24 hours per week, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, and maintain accurate documentation using MS Office tools. Competitive rates and generous PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• CCC certification and licensure to practice in CT are required.

Requirements: Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation Work well with others in a team setting Must have CCC's. Must have dysphagia experience.

Good Faith Rate Range: $41.00 - $46.00
