The role requires a current SLP license or eligibility in the employment state, and strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Flexible schedules are available to promote work‑life balance.

• Provide comprehensive therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive environment.
• Must possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Work well within a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
