Overview

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/ST) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. This position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a split with a Senior Living Community in the memory care, ALF and outpatient setting located in Camden. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling between the two facilities.

Our newly built, state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility in beautiful Rockland, Maine offers a warm and supportive environment for residents. The facility specializes in post-acute rehab, long-term care, and memory care services. You will play an integral role in the rehabilitation of patients with diverse medical diagnoses. You will provide individualized therapy services in a collaborative, team-oriented setting, working closely with nurses, physicians, and other rehabilitation professionals. Responsibilities and Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $36/hr – $38/hr.
