Preferred Therapy Solutions in Augusta, ME is seeking a Full‑time Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department.

This role offers a $5,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus and a supportive team focused on patient care, work/life balance, and ongoing CE.

You will collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff, hold/elig licensure, and use MS Office for documentation in a friendly, team‑oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Hold a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP/CFY) license or be license-eligible in the state of employment.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Team-oriented and flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services to residents in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress in electronic health records in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional licensure and participate in team meetings.
• Support residents in regaining independence through individualized plans.
