Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Putnam, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Must hold a current SLP license or be license eligible. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license or license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Teamwork and ability to work collaboratively in a rehab setting.
• Flexible with hours and able to adapt to per-diem schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
