Job summary

Sigma Health Rehab in Granville, NY is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing team in a full-time capacity. The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package designed for professionals serving geriatric residents.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and monitoring treatment plans, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP Program.
• Current New York State SLP License.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric care setting is preferred, but new graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
• Observe and assess the progress & prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members

Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

SLP Requirements Include:

• Current New York State SLP License
