Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Westmoreland, KS. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits within a supportive rehab team.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed KS SLP ( CCC-SLP preferred; CFs considered with supervision) and possess strong documentation and collaboration skills to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current KS SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs will be considered when supervision is available.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
