Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for school-based therapy in a public school setting in Port Charlotte, FL. CF supervision is available and aligns with ASHA guidelines.

The role focuses on articulation, language, fluency, AAC support, and collaboration with IEP teams to help students achieve communication goals. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, possess or are eligible for state licensure, and welcome new graduates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, voice).
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and objectives and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and state policies.
• Apply current best practices in speech-language pathology for pediatric populations.

Position Overview

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school special education setting. We welcome candidates passionate about helping students succeed through speech and language support services. CF supervision is available and fully compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
