Job summary

Access Rehab Centers is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive therapy within the Waterbury Public Schools. You will work with a broad spectrum of patient populations, including pediatric and school-age clients, exercising expertise in neuro, orthopedic, and related therapy areas.

New grads are welcome. The role offers a full-time contract (35+ hours/week) with a generous benefits package, sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• SLP license required for practice.
• CPR certification required for safety and emergencies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for clinical roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services within Waterbury Public Schools.
• Assess and treat pediatric and school-age communication disorders.
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) with families and teachers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) $3000 SIGN ON BONUS

Access Rehab Centers is the largest outpatient rehabilitation provider with 13 locations throughout the Greater Waterbury and surrounding towns offering physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapy. We treat a full range of conditions for infants to seniors.

Access is seeking a highly motivated and top quality Speech Language Pathologist to provide excellent patient care in the Waterbury Public Schools. You would have the opportunity to care for the full spectrum of patient populations and diagnoses enabling you to exercise your expertise and specialties, including neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud / BIG, aquatics, sports medicine and so much more. We are the only rehab provider in the area that is accredited with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Currently we have a full time contract position(35 plus hours per week) in the Waterbury Public Schools. New grads are welcome to apply. We offer a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, flexible schedules
