Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role. The position sponsors H1B candidates already licensed in the states and focuses on empowering students to achieve clear communication and academic success.

You will evaluate, plan treatment, collaborate with teachers and families, track progress, and actively participate in IEP meetings to tailor educational plans and accommodations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred.
  • CFYs welcome to apply and gain licensure in-state.
  • Experience in pediatric or school settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs of students.
  • Design and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate goals in the classroom.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead IEP-related activities to advocate for individualized educational plans.

What You Bring:



  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.


  • Licensure: Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs welcome to apply).


  • Experience: Prior experience in a pediatric or school setting is a strong plus.
