Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to empower students and foster clear communication? Join our collaborative team in Clayton! In this role, you'll work in a supportive, resource-rich school environment dedicated to helping every child reach their full academic and personal potential.
Evaluate & Assess: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to identify individual student needs.
Targeted Intervention: Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
Team Collaboration: Partner closely with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate communication goals into the classroom.
Progress Tracking: Monitor, document, and celebrate student growth, adapting strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
IEP Leadership: Active participation in IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational plans and accommodations.
Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Licensure: Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs welcome to apply).
Experience: Prior experience in a pediatric or school setting is a strong plus.
