Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inpatient hospital team in Westminster, Colorado. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy to a diverse patient population.

This role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, a current SLP license in Colorado, and current BLS. CCC-SLP is preferred. Join a network of over 80 locations and grow your clinical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, strategies, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of speech therapy services.
  • Remain flexible and responsive to the needs of the hospital and the patients we serve.

Education

What You’ll Do

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing direct patient care and developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on each patient's needs, goals, and condition.

In this role, you will:

Pay Range

USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
