Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN shifts to support inpatient care and patient-focused therapy. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a growing hospital network.

The ideal candidate will hold an SLP license for the state of practice, current BLS certification, and ideally one year of clinical experience in inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care for diverse inpatient population.
• Plan and implement specific speech therapy treatment programs.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
