Location: DeKalb County Nursing Home in DeKalb, IL
Weekday & Weekend Coverage Needed!

Are you a passionate and dedicated SLP looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults? This is your chance to join a supportive, patient-centered rehab team!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish appropriate goals and implement creative treatment plans.
  2. Develop and execute clinical and educational SLP programs.
  3. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
  4. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while being a trusted partner in the community.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (CFs considered!).
  2. Valid state license.
  3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  4. Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus but not required!
