Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is seeking PRN Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Dayton, Ohio market. You will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Choose assignments at Dayton area locations (Dayton, Kettering, Centerville, Yellow Springs, Waynesville) with flexible PRN scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Ohio license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team.

• Educate patients, families, and facility staff.

Multiple Dayton Area Locations | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned & Operated

We are currently seeking PRN Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Dayton, Ohio market.

Opportunities are available in:

• Dayton
• Kettering
• Centerville
• Yellow Springs
• Waynesville

Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignment is based on applicant preference, scheduling availability, and geographic convenience.

This position supports a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Dayton area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations and travel expectations with each candidate.
