Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio is seeking PRN Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the Dayton market, with assignments based on preference and travel convenience.

You will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help improve quality of life and independence for the patients you serve.
