Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Georgia-Forsyth to evaluate, treat, and document patient care per individualized plans. The role supports therapy services across a post-acute setting with emphasis on timely records and adherence to policies.

Candidates must hold a valid SLP license in the state and graduate from an ASHA-accredited program. The position may require on-site care delivery and participation in orientations and trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ASHA accredited school; if foreign-trained, program must be deemed substantially equivalent by an approved credentialing organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and individualized care plans.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
