Essential Functions:

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients
• Completes comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
• Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, medical history, precautions, and contraindications
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function
• Supervises CFYs, speech interns, and rehab techs in patient care activities, in accordance with state practice acts

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship (CF) with appropriate supervision from a licensed SLP
• Current state license in practice location
• Good communication skills and professional rapport with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
