Position Highlights

• Location: PRN SLP for Home Health, covering nearby cities within a 30-mile radius of Viroqua, WI.
• Competitive Pay: Enjoy per-visit rates.
• No Prior Home Health Experience Required! (But must hold your CCCs.)
• Mileage Reimbursement: We value your travel and support you with reimbursement!

Responsibilities

• Set personalized goals and creatively implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and execute innovative clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, maintaining productivity standards and completing necessary documentation.
• Serve as a trusted partner in the community, helping your patients achieve vital outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Speech Language Pathologists (must have CCCs).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Experience in home health is a plus but not required!
