Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Alma, MI team on a PRN basis. The role focuses on evaluating and treating communication, cognition, and swallowing needs within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

You will work closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver personalized care, maintain documentation, and adapt plans as patients progress.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan SLP license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Alma, MI on a PRN basis. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, working alongside a supportive clinical team, and having the flexibility of PRN scheduling, this could be a great fit.

As an SLP, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with patients on communication, cognition, and swallowing needs while helping them maintain or regain independence.
