Pro Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to float between Truman Senior Living and Park View Care Center in Truman, MN. The role supports evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy to improve patients' communication and swallowing abilities.

This on-call position offers a wage range of $45–$55 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. A current MN SLP license and CCC-SLP are required, with opportunities to train on EMR systems and OASIS.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program with a bachelor’s degree.
• Current MN Speech Therapist License.
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience helpful but trainable.
• OASIS experience preferred or willingness to be trained.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations.
• Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for personalized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication to educate patients and families on therapy techniques.
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
• Must communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist. We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologistto float between Truman Senior Living & Park View Care Center! We offer a competitive wage, benefits and mileage reimbursement ($.76 / mile). We are seeking an SLP with current CCC-SLP certification.

As our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will evaluate and treat patients to improve their communication, speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and families on communication strategies, monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to support quality patient care. To be successful, you must have strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, excellent communication and assessment skills, and a commitment to helping patients improve their communication and quality of life.

Position Type: On-Call, minimum of 6 hours per month. Wage Range: $45-$55 / hour depending on experience. Location: Truman Senior Living 400 N. 4th Ave. E, Truman, MN 56088; Park View Care Center 55 10th St. SE Wells, MN 56097.

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose Communication Disorders:Evaluate patient needs and deficits such as but not limited to: patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:Create personalized therapy programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
• Provide Speech & Language Therapy:Conduct exercises and interventions to improve communication and speech abilities.
• Educate & Support Patients & Families:Teach strategies for effective communication and techniques to improve daily life.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Treatment:Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with HealthcareTeams:Work with doctors,nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor's degree.
• Must possess a current accredited MN Speech Therapist License.
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience helpful but will train
• Experience with OASIS preferred or willing to be trained
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain.
• Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
