C Cassia Community is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to float between Truman Senior Living and Park View Care Center in Truman, MN. The role offers on-call hours with a wage range of $45–$55 per hour, based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement.

The position requires CCC-SLP, MN license, and a relevant degree. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, therapy provision, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current accredited MN Speech Therapist License.
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience helpful but will train.
• Experience with OASIS preferred or willing to be trained.
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain.
• Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques.

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist. We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to float between Truman Senior Living & Park View Care Center! We offer a competitive wage, benefits and mileage reimbursement ($.76 / mile). We are seeking an SLP with current CCC-SLP certification.
Position Type: On-Call, minimum of 6 hours per month
Wage Range: $45-$55 / hour depending on experience.

Park View Care Center 55 10th St. SE Wells, MN 56097

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose Communication Disorders: Evaluate patient needs and deficits such as but not limited to: patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized therapy programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
• Provide Speech & Language Therapy: Conduct exercises and interventions to improve communication and speech abilities.
• Educate & Support Patients & Families: Teach strategies for effective communication and techniques to improve daily life.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Treatment: Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with HealthcareTeams: Work with doctors,nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
