Qualifications

• Current state Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year Status.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans including ongoing assessment and discharge planning.
