Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for pediatric home health, PRN. This role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and supportive leadership to deliver high-quality therapy to children in their homes.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, collaborate with families and care teams, and use efficient, point-of-care documentation tools to minimize burden while maximizing impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or CCC-SLP certification required.
• Valid state licensure or certification in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate closely with families and care teams.
• Deliver individualized care using efficient, point-of-care documentation tools.

Education

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

CCC-SLP eligible or CCC-SLP
