Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students across multiple school locations. This full-time contract role is onsite and focuses on delivering individual and group therapy, with collaboration on IEPs and ongoing progress monitoring.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP or be eligible, and licensure in good standing. Travel between sites is possible, with strong team collaboration and student-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for completion.
  • Eligible for state licensure.
  • Experience or strong interest in serving school-aged children (K-12).
  • Open to both SLPs and SLPA, as well as travel opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to develop IEPs and monitor progress.
  • Monitor student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation per school requirements.
  • Provide flexibility by supporting multiple locations and diverse daily schedules.
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families on speech, language, and communication disorders.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP certification (or eligible for completion)
State licensure eligible
Experience with school-aged children (K-12)
Open to SLPs and SLPA; travel opportunities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
