Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working SLP Per Diem or Part-time to join our ever-growing rehabilitation team. The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is a facility with 520 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 150+ short term beds. Our team consists of 60+ Therapists spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term, and outpatient settings, providing an excellent setting for learning and growth. The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center provides Rehabilitation services 7 days per week.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Must have graduated from an accredited SLP college or university.
2. Must have a valid professional license and registration for the state of NY.
3. Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
4. Well versed with documentation writing.
5. Document patient’s progress on weekly progress notes in a timely fashion.
6. Collaborates with all disciplines to provide the best patient-centered treatment and care.
7. Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
8. Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
9. Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
10. Compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and Federal Residents Rights.
