Qualifications

The Speech/Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with physician orders, using therapeutic procedures designed to improve speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders to overcome disabilities from various causes. The Speech/Language Pathologist will work as part of a team providing support and information within the area of Speech/Language Pathology. Therapy services may be provided in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prefer minimum one (1) year of rehabilitation experience
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in various locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care
• Demonstrate competency in applying principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in speech therapy
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
