Job summary

NHC HealthCare Smithville is seeking a Part Time and PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team in Smithville, Tennessee. This role focuses on providing evidence-based speech, language, cognition, and swallowing services within a skilled nursing environment.

You will collaborate with a supportive rehab team, hold ASHA certification and Tennessee SLP licensure, and enjoy a workplace that values integrity, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• ASHA certified SLP in good standing.
• Active Tennessee SLP license.
• Flexible, reliable and team-oriented candidate.
• Experience in SNF/Medicare is a plus.

Responsibilities
