Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team in Bluefield, Virginia. You will assess and treat a diverse outpatient population, collaborating with therapists and physicians to maximize communication, cognition, swallowing function, and independence.

The role supports CFY candidates or experienced SLPs, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth. Monday–Friday schedule with strong admin support and a patient-first culture.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC-SLP preferred or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Assess and treat communication, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions designed to improve communication skills, cognition, safety, and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.

H2 Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team in Bluefield, Virginia. In this role, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while providing individualized, evidence-based therapy services. Your Role
