Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) Near Midway, Indiana

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP) to join a school district in Midway, Indiana. We are currently conducting interviews and hiring for the remainder of the school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose these disorders, and develop treatment plans.

  • Full-time position
  • Caseload will be discussed during the interview
  • Onsite work during the 2023-2024 school year

Job Requirements
  • A valid Indiana State SLP License and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations
  • Provide speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and report on student progress
