Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF) Hourly

Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF) at Dragonfly Applied Behavior Analysis in Long Island, with multiple locations in Nassau and Suffolk.

About the Role

We are seeking passionate SLPs and Clinical Fellows to provide high-quality speech therapy to children and individuals with communication disorders. Opportunities include specialized services such as PROMPT, Feeding, AAC, and bilingual care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support teams
  • Track progress and adjust therapy accordingly
  • Provide support and training to teachers, parents, and caregivers
  • Utilize evidence-based practices
  • Maintain standards for continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • NY State License in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Certificate for Teaching Students with Speech-Language Disabilities (TSSLD)
  • Clinical Fellows eligible for licensure and initial certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
