Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support a school district in McDonough, GA for the 2026-2027 school year. The role emphasizes collaboration, structured support, and direct impact on students’ communication within an educational setting.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP participation, direct therapy across communication domains, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Georgia License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required; practicum considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Mcdonough, GA only 30 miles outside of Atlanta for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.

• Caseload: 45-50
• Student Population: PK-5th Grade (options available in other age/grade levels as well)
• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Contract Type: W2
• Start Date: 8/3/2026
• End Date: 2026-2027 School Year
• Work Arrangement: In Person
• Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

• Active Georgia License inSpeech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
