Job summary

Therapy 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) to serve families in Hutto, Texas. Part-time or full-time position is based in our Austin division.

You will evaluate, plan and implement treatment, develop home programs with caregivers, and coordinate care across providers while meeting weekly visit targets and documentation deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license required.
• CCC or CFY certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric populations in home-health settings is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines in the patient’s network.
• Meet weekly patient visit targets and complete chart updates and paperwork on time.
• Comply with all policies, ethics rules, and state/federal regulations for home health.

THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) to serve families in Hutto, Texas.
