Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening - School District

Soliant is partnering with a school district in need of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This full-time (possibly part-time) position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment, making a positive impact on students' communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligible for licensure)
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
  • Ability to pass background checks and screenings as required by the district
